Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you need delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know if we can help.

Made to order

Most items are handmade or personalised after you place your order. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to make and pack your order before it leaves us. Busy periods may take a little longer; we will email you if there is an unexpected delay.

• £2.99 standard UK postage on smaller orders

Postage shown at checkout is the price that applies to your basket at the time you pay.

How we send orders

We use Royal Mail or another tracked UK courier suitable for the size of your parcel. You will receive dispatch confirmation by email when your order is on its way.

Delivery times

After dispatch, most UK parcels arrive within a few working days. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control.
